It's way better since coming under new ownership. Anybody who says otherwise is wrong and should not be taken seriously. The coffee is better. The baked goods are better. 5/5 stars. The gluten free donuts they have on the weekend are phenomenal. People with gluten intolerance have something here, now. Well done.
It is a very unique place, I love the atmosphere, I love the fact that it is privately owned. But as a coffee Enthusiast I was not super impressed with my latte. The coffee cake was very good. A little different that I'm used to but I would definitely get that again. Since they are a private and locally owned business I will go back and give them a second chance. Depending on your individual taste I would highly recommend this coffee house.
My husband and I enjoyed a chai latte here multiple times on our visit to Idyllwild. Atmosphere is friendly and inviting. Comfy seating inside, clean bathroom and outdoor seating available.
