Classic Thai restaurant in IB for years, but this was our first time. They may have been short staffed but waiter/cook?/ Owner? Was very polite. Large potions, hot, flavorful. Great menu choices. We could almost see the ocean from our corner table. You can't go wrong by eating here.
My husband very much enjoyed his paanang curry but my yellow curry had way too much onion in it.. made me sad as we do not have good Thai food in Albuquerque. It had all the qualities I loved - thick, creamy but really missed out on the traditional spices of the dish - ginger and tumeric were missing in almost every bite.
Absolutely delicious! 😍 I ordered the red curry lunch special, and it was bursting with flavor, packed with a variety of fresh vegetables. 🥦🥕🌶️ It came with a tofu soup that had a beautifully flavored broth—so comforting! 🍜 The wonton and spring roll were freshly made and absolutely tasty. 🥟✨ The Thai tea was delicious, though I felt the portion was a bit small for $5. 🧋 The white rice was just okay—I’d love to see a better recipe for it. 🍚
