Don Diego's of Indian Wells

Went back twice in one week. It was so beyond delicious! Margheritas were soooo big!

This was my first time at Diego’s. I have tried many Mexican restaurants in the 8 years I have lived in Palm Desert and I truly must say the food was excellent, the service from Javier at the bar was welcoming and friendly and the environment was awesome so far as not crazy loud but a nice hum of other guests. I will be back for sure. ❤️

Ordered Red Chile with beef had too much cumin overpowered taste of the whole dish..my guest ordered the Red enchilada same issue too much cumin could not taste the actual Chile sauce

Hidden gem in Palm Desert. Food was very tasty. Kinda hidden in a shopping center off 111.

Their credit card machines went down and they had no backup process. Food was great and this margarita is a medium!

If I could rate this with zero stars I would. My family was promptly seated on the outside patio and no other person waited on us. After 30 minutes, we left.

Everything was very good here. Chicken tacos grilled to perfection. Great margaritas and the service was excellent. Atmosphere very nice and the restaurant is very clean.
Many options of food to choose from also.
We enjoyed everything and the price was very reasonable.
Ample outside parking with handicapped spaces. You can enjoy your food outside too on a lovely patio.

Food was good, server was ok. I was surprised though when he handed us our bill and told us there is a 3% charge if we use a credit card instead of cash. Something that should have been mentioned when we reserved or at least when we were seated!! I’ve ever heard of a restaurant charging this before. We will seek other options for Mexican food

Quick and welcoming service. Yummy nachos and salsa. Their happy hour special menu has something for everyone – my favourite was the mole enchiladas.

They have the best enchiladas and Cadillac margaritas! We also loved the carne asada tacos, Fresh tortillas and wonderful food

The place was incredible my family and I go all the time! Best food in Palm desert highly recommend!!

Table chips and salsa are really good. My wife ordered a medium house margarita and I ordered a medium vintage margarita. The vintage is $9.00 more and we both honestly couldn't tell the difference. I will say I was shocked how big the medium margarita is! For appetizer we ordered macho nachos with beef... Yum! For our meal we shared a chimichanga burrito which was also really good. I would definitely recommend this place for great Mexican food. Staff were all very friendly as well.
