Best Indian food in the desert! We have been coming here for a few years now. We love everything on the menu though our favorites are the Kitchen Special, Chicken Tikka Kabob, Saag Paneer and of course...Garlic Naan! The reason I decided to write this review is that we dined here earlier tonight and I'm so impressed that the quality NEVER waivers. The food is always fresh and delicious. Food tasted good. Not too oily as we asked for it. I think dal makhni was not fresh. I cook food myself and dal makhni is a staple so I was able to tell. I loved the fact that they gave stable plastic plates not paper plates (it was a take out). That assured me that they want to give quality. Secondly the rice was a matar (pea) rice- as against plain white rice that other restaurants give.. it's a bit expensive though.

We had an excellent first experience at Indian Kitchen.
Our server was friendly and concise and made great suggestions from the menu.
The owner then came by and romanced his specialities.
The food came out fresh and steaming hot with good portion sizes.
The naan was light and crisp, the lamb and chicken were both tender and well seasoned.
Overall very impressed and would definitely go back.
