They were really nice in there but I ordered a California sandwich and the bread seemed like white bread instead of sourdough. It's possible the sourdough was made with white flour but either way the texture was not firm how I expect sourdough to be.
Additionally, the size of the sandwich was a bit small for the $13 I paid. I have paid $15 at a nearby French place and other American spot for a sandwich with twice the filling.
I'll maybe come back to try the El Pastrami, since that one looks bigger and better in the menu pics. Maybe I made the wrong choice for my taste but ultimately the California was quite plain and felt like I could've easily made that at home with basic ingredients from the grocery store.
I'll report back if I try another sandwich.

I really enjoyed my visit to Deli Chick in Indian Wells. The sandwiches are filled with fresh ingredients and full of flavor. We tried a few different options, and each one was delicious and clearly made to order. The sides, like potato salad and coleslaw, were tasty and paired well with the sandwiches.
The service was friendly and welcoming. The dining area was clean and comfortable, which made it a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal.
I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait time for food was a bit longer than expected. Still, the quality and flavor made it worth the wait.
Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for hearty, flavorful sandwiches. I’ll definitely go back!

For one, the sandwiches here are incredible. The tuna salad Tam’s way is so refreshing and delicious, the Mamma Mia checked every box for an excellent Italian sub, and the pastrami completely blew me away. Couldn’t put any of them down once I started, plus a generous but not overstuffed portion on each. Not to mention the bread is fresh and suits every sandwich to a tee.
Secondly, the food is only outmatched by the friendliest people. It’s counter service, but the folks working there are so kind and attentive it’s impossible not to want to go back.
Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Ordered the California sandwich and they forgot the standard sprouts and avocado and the olives I requested.
This was the best sandwich we've ever had. We had a turkey melt and a California. Absolutely terrific. It's fairly expensive, but well worth the price. Neat place, highly recommend.

I have been four times to this deli and I have to say it's consistently the friendliest, most pleasant experience each and every time! The sandwiches have been fresh and delicious, which is why I keep returning. I even went 15 minutes before close and got the same great service and yummy food. I highly recommend It's a Deli!

Owner and operator at the counter is great recommending! Coffee was perfect! Tasted great! The sandwiches on the menu are great! I came in for a breakfast sandwich! Gotta hurry they stop serving at 11am. Ivan and Jeremiah always smiling and serving up the best food
