To be fair, Lantana is currently being fully renovated. The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells has relocated the restaurant to a large conference room within the hotel, so the atmosphere is not the greatest in the world. Also, Lantana is only open for a breakfast buffet right now. With that being said, it is still nice to have an option at the hotel open for breakfast. The service was great, and the buffet was good. I'd look forward to trying it here again after the renovation is complete.

Beautiful patio to have breakfast. On the weekends, they also offer a breakfast buffet. The Lantana Lox was really good.Hyayt Globalist can eat breakfast for free at this restaurant.

Despite being temporarily relocated to a conference room due to renovations, the service remains great and the buffet is good. The ambiance may not be its greatest, but it's still a convenient option for hotel guests to start their day. Once the renovation is complete, it will be exciting to see the final result.
