To be fair, Lantana is currently being fully renovated. The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells has relocated the restaurant to a large conference room within the hotel, so the atmosphere is not the greatest in the world. Also, Lantana is only open for a breakfast buffet right now. With that being said, it is still nice to have an option at the hotel open for breakfast. The service was great, and the buffet was good. I'd look forward to trying it here again after the renovation is complete.
Lantana at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells provides an easy dining experience on the resort grounds. While needing breakfast to get the day started, our party was seated promptly with the choice of indoor or outdoor in which I opted to sit outdoors to enjoy my breakfast with a view. They graciously provided heating lamps as it was bit chilly in the morning. The breakfast menu is very simple with not alot of choice but they do offer a buffet option with similar items for $29.99....read full review

First time here! I loved my breakfast very much because it was so delicious, the service was amazing and the breakfast buffet had options to choose from, and the ambiance was really nice.
