The restaurant had two servers available for the entire restaurant. While two people manned the bar and two others cleaned and simply walked around. We were the 6th table on one side, and waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged and decided to leave realizing how understaffed they were. I'm super disappointed in how to cut down on costs as a business they have to run their workers they do have so thinly. Applebees your making poor choices to leave your customers to deal with the consequences of such management and scheduling, so we have to put up with unnecessary prolonged wait times and extended time in dining. I don't know who is responsible for this decision to run the restaurant with a skeleton crew, but we walked. If you work here, I'd find a restaurant who treats you with respect as workers and not in such stressful working conditions to deal with half of a restaurant by yourself. That's a recipe bound for any one server to fail at.Update: someone from higher up the work chain, reached out to me in an email. In doing so they set straight the evening and I will be giving the restaurant another chance. I will also be leaving a new review based on that visit to be fair. I will say unlike other businesses, Applebee's has personally reached out to correct things, beyond a generic apology attached beneath a poor review. This action alone makes a big statement to customers.Thank you!

We ate dinner there and my grandson left his retainer (orthodontist) on the table. We were 3 minutes away when he realized it. We immediately turned around to go get it and they were total jerks about it. Said if it was left on the table, it is now trash! I offered to look through the trash, since it had to be on top, but they refused to let me! They were very rude! Not cool at all!

It took them a long time to register usAnd the food was the eat all you can special but it was cold, it lacked time in the microwave and the shrimp were the worst I have ever eaten.
Today is my bday and my waitress which I don't remember her name was there when I needed her. She was on time with everything. Food came out real good and my happy birthday desert was bomb. Oh and the wait was only 5 min. to our table. Also I did the special for kids today that they eat for 1.00 or something like that on Tuesdays and they ate everything too.

First time ever at Applebee’s. Had 3 all you could eat dinners for $15. I could only do two lol, full. Great food, great server. We are Snowbirds from Canada. Highly recommend this place. We will be back. Happy Hour 3 -5.Went for another great dinner tonight, Jan 22, 24. Same as the last review. Great food and service. Will be back.
