Being in the restaurant business for over 40 years and growing up in Beverly Hills, eating at Mr. Chow’s and Xian, which I thought were the best Chinese until I discovered this restaurant. The food is the highest quality and so flavorful. The service is exceptional. I will only eat in a clean restaurant and this will surprise you. The decor is so authentic and nice. The funnest part is the short front door. You may have to duct to get in and the surprise is on the other side.
The food was delicious, and the service was good. I enjoyed the experience at Cie Sichuan Cuisine and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice meal.
Its definitely a hole in the wall and never really packed but it's a hidden gem in the Coachella Valley. Authentic Sichuan cuisine is difficult to find and this place certainly delivers.
