The guy taking my order rushed me thru my order and had no customer service knowledge after I got my order the fries were undercooked and the my torta was nasty meat was not even warm and after they mess up they get an attitude no apology for the mistake and this is not the first time this happeneds I had stopped going for the same reason and tried out again today big mistake ther are the worst place to eat at and there was no zero no star at all that’s what they deserve

I ask for a shrimp burrito and got a rice burrito. The Waite was for a while and unfortunately disappointing. I’ll never order one from there again. I counted 2-shrimp .

I loved the food. The lady at the window rolled her eyes when asked for extra salsa and forks when she forgot to put them in the first time. If you don’t want to work there, you should go and look for a job you enjoy. Their food is always great! But they always seem to have the worst customer service. McDonald’s service may have an attitude but never roll their eyes at a customer. Embarrassing behavior.
