The Slowest drive through, had me waiting to order at the drive through and there’s nobody but myself in the drive through and nobody inside the restaurant why have I been here this long for 1 cheeseburger by itself????? And now at the window-There goes 15 min and I still haven’t got my order!

No restroom for customer she tried to say they dont have the keys. California code enforcement law , requires every resturant to have access to restrooms. They broke code enforcement. She also explained there's no manager on duties.

It says online that drive thru is open until 11pm, we showed up at 10:10pm and the drive thru automated service announced they were closed. If you don’t stay open later in the drive thru you might want to fix that online so people don’t waste their time going.

This 1 star is based on locations hours of operation. Last night I took my kiddos to get a late night treat after looking up Dairy Queen’s hours that state the drive thru closes everyday at 11pm.
Myself and another vehicle entered the line at 9:55pm the vehicle in front of me ordered and when I got up to order it was 10pm and I was told they were closed. The order in front of me got placed at 9:59pm so they were able to take it.
If you are running a business your hours of operation need to be accurate. PERIOD. You are wasting peoples time, gas and it’s surely going to cost you customers.
The staff went out of their way to make sure my experience was the best. Helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my next Chocolate Shake! Can't beat the price for the quality of taste.

Dairy Queen was a Disappointment! We swung by for an Oreo Blizzard and a medium sundae, but what we got was a joke. The sundae was barely filled, and the Blizzard? It was mostly crumbs—like they were saving the good stuff for themselves. When we asked them to remake it, they must've thought it was a comedy show because it was even worse! The staff was laughing when we got handed the new blizzard back. Then, when we asked for a refund, the guy who looked like a mix of Dexter from Dexter's Laboratory and a bad comedian tried to be funny instead of remaking the Oreo blizzard. Seriously, if I wanted a laugh, I’d watch a stand-up special, not visit Dairy Queen!
