Domino's Pizza

It's now 11:40 and this lady answered as I was trying to order she rudely hangup and then I called back and they just didn't pick up how rude

This is the most atrocious Domino's to ever exist. We ordered some pizzas for Halloween (we understand it's busy) and the email confirmation gave an ETA of 77-87 minutes. I called around the 87 minute mark (the tracker showed nothing had been started) and was told it would be another 40 minutes. Called back 40 minutes later and was told it would still be another hour. The employees are rude which I don't blame them because they're likely dealing with a ton of angry customers. This is 100% an ownership problem. Owner's were likely enjoying their Halloween and letting their employees drowned knowing they're the only game in town and people have to just deal with it.

If anyone reading this has a few bucks in their pocket and wants to make a ton more money, open up a pizza spot to give them competition and I guarantee you'll put them out of business. As for me, I'm done contributing to their incompetence. They'll never get another dollar out of me. Cheers.

Ordered two pizzas and was really let down. One of them was completely burnt on the bottom, making it almost inedible. The chicken alfredo pizza was even worse—several slices were missing toppings and cheese. How do you forget the cheese on a pizza?Totally unacceptable. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and attention to detail. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I’m not sure what personal problems these employees are having, but they should maintain a professional or at least cordial environment in front of customers. Went in 7/23/25 at 5:50pm and left at 6:40pm. These employees messed up on several pizzas, tossed so many pizzas in the trash and messed up on our pizza 3 times. The leader at the time seemed very aggravated with the employees. Do better.

Always a good experience here! The food’s fire, the service is friendly, and the staff makes you feel welcome every time. Definitely one of the better Domino’s spots around.

I ordered online to avoid any problems skip line and gave all my information for curbside pick up I even gave the place an extra 10 minutes so there for sure not going to have any problem but I get there let them know I. Outside waiting with my blinkers on and no one showed with my order then I go inside see what the problem is and there is only 1 person there my order was still being made and then I just lost my cool because I ordered online so I would not have this problem and yet I still had problem don't advertise curbside if u don't have employees to take order make food and run it that is false advertise 100 percent

Horrible customer service. They frequently messed up on the pizzas and are very skimpy with the toppings… it said my order would be ready at 5:15 PM and I waited over 30 minutes and got it at 5:50 PM. I don’t mind if it takes 30 to 40 minutes to make the pizza but their system should not tell me it will be ready in 10 minutes and I have to wait 30 to 40 minutes once I get there. There is zero compensation for the inconvenience. Thus I was forced to write this poor review.

Always do pick up, always ready. One thing though every time we pick up a pizza they don't know how to cut a damn pizza holy ! Like get some strong mfers in there, everyone probably weak asl and can't cut a pizza ??

Giving them 1 start is been reasonable with this location. Vary unprofessional, very disrespectful, and terrible food. I hope corporate pay attention to this location or they going down the hill. My family and I would never support them again. Good luck
