Hey hello while I was going to eat my in and out burger I noticed a security guard smoking weed in a old mercury i ask the cashier and she told me his name was name Juan what made it worse was that my 10 year old daughter ask me do police officer smoke weed because their uniform look like police officers he came in to the store for a minute and you can tell he was faded maybe you guys should change companies.

Food was cold. We had to ask for hot fries. Then they were put in a bag. Burgers were cold when they haded them to us. Very disappointing. The Indio location on hwy 111 need to improve.

I love coming to this location! The atmosphere and service is always great! The employees are very kind and professional. One employee who stood out to me was Neyra. She took my order and was very patient with me, my cards had decline a couple times and she kept a smile on her face and was patient. I bought my meal with cash and she gave me a nice smile. I apologized for taking so long and she completely understood and was very nice. I appreciate her patience and kindness.

I mean what can you really say about one of, if not The Best burgers and fries available. Food is always fresh but frozen and cooked to order. They keep the menu simple and focus on what they do best. I personally feel that going to places where there is a ridiculous amount of menu items available, it screams that they are just ok at making them all, and that may be a bit generous. Always go to the specialist of your choice, and in the case of burgers and fries.... It's IN-N-OUT. Highly recommended.
