Abel and I went to eat at this location a few days ago and Kim who is one of the managers was the kindest, sweetest and most amazing manager I think we've ever met. She took care of us without issue when we ran into a problem with our cards, Kim was gracious and just a kind soul. To come across a manager with her kind of compassion is rare. We wanted to leave her a review to let everyone know that she made our lunch GREAT and if you are in town and you get to meet Kim, you will see what we mean. THANK YOU KIM!!!! 💜💜💜

In-N-Out is known for great service but Angel was honestly a standout. Not only was he attentive and friendly, but made every effort to make our visit welcoming. My young daughters were so impressed that they even said that is the best service they have ever had anywhere. Keep it Angel!

If you are anywhere near Indio and craving something reliably delicious, the In N Out here is absolutely worth the stop. Our family ordered a spread of classics including Animal Style fries, a Double Double, a hamburger, and a cheeseburger, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly the way In N Out should be. The Animal Style fries were the perfect mix of melty cheese, grilled onions, and sauce, with the fries still crisp underneath. The Double Double was juicy with that signature balance of beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, and tasted just as good as the first time we ever tried one. Even the simple hamburger and cheeseburger were excellent, proving that sometimes the basics really are best when they are done well.
What really stood out was how fast and friendly the service was from the moment we walked in. The team was upbeat, patient, and efficient even with a busy line. The restaurant and the outdoor seating area were clean and comfortable, which made our quick meal feel even better. This location consistently delivers the quality we expect along with great customer service. We left full and happy, and we would absolutely return the next time we are in the area.
I have been a customer of In-N-Out since before 1960, when I started driving. My mom used to take us to the Pasadena site. The quality and excellent taste has been consistent over all these years and hasn't declined like so many others have. I am so glad that they have multiplied to Arizona, so when we drive there, we have a reliable place to stop and eat.
