No they don’t serve Jackalope at Jackalope Ranch but they do have some of the best BBQ Ribs I’ve ever had. Potent potables with tasty brews and a really delicious Old Fashioned that pared nicely with the Tri-tip chimichurri. The ribs are cooked for four hours and are not too sweet or too smoky. Great atmosphere dining on their patio, food was excellent, and our waiter, Oscar Ag, was great! He recommended a chef special that was absolutely delicious! So glad it’s reopened and will definitely go back soon!
We have a private room with our own bar, and 3 to 4 servers, every other Friday and a group of 30 to 60 people mostly from our country club.
