The employee that made our sandwiches was nice, the one who rang us up was rude and dismissive. He was yelling totals at us while we were still customizing our sandwiches and cutting my husband off in the middle of him talking to the girl who was asking what toppings he wanted. He denied me a cup for my sons kids meal and told me we could only have a water bottle, no fountain drink and then cut me off and walked away from me when I was trying to ask if that had changed because in the many years we’ve been eating here that has never been the case. I then asked if he charged us for my son’s chips as we got the meal and he said no and walked away. My husband called after him and asked for our receipt. After looking at it, he did double charge us for the chips and then rolled his eyes at me as if it’s my fault that he made a mistake. We were just driving through, but if that was my local store I wouldn’t return. Either learn some customer service or get a job where people don’t have to be bothered by your grouchy impatient presence.

We’ve always been fans of jersey mikes but I have to say this location isn’t what it could be or should be. I placed an online order last week that was suppose to be ready at 1:06, on my 30 minute lunch I got there on time and literally waited 25 minutes after 1:06 to get my order for myself and co workers. I left the store already late for work. While I was waiting there were only 2 people working, on a Friday, during a lunch rush…about 12 people came in after me waited in line and left before me. No apologies were offered and of course my hot sub was the one they cooked first and left it to sit and get cold while they helped the line. The entire dining room looked like a trash bag was ripped apart and thrown everywhere. It was a mess. It’s really unfortunate that the management and owners aren’t running things the way they should be. Business will be lost, bad reviews will pile up, you guys need to get it together and maybe have the owner and management attend some training classes on how to run a jersey mikes properly. I see after reading others reviews that this has been an ongoing problem. “Maybe if we ignore the problem it will go away.” 🤦🏻♀️

I came in around 2:30pm today, and the crew that was working was great! Everyone was very friendly and attentive even while replenishing and cleaning after the lunch rush. Food came out quickly and was delicious as well! Thank you!!

This is the worst jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. It’s horrible. I was excited that they were finally opening one in Indio that is close to home.. but the station is always super messy and the employees are rude also always out of bread early in the day.I recommend you fixing this problem soon before this place closes down.

Just picked up a tuna sandwich on wheat which I ordered online. It was ready when I got there. The lady handed it to me with a smile. Just finished. It was so delicious. I had to write a review. Will definitely be downloading the app because I will be doing this a lot. Thank you so glad you’re in town.

This is Mainly about the owners of this location. Multiple times I've come in and it's busy. And the workers stop making sandwiches cause the owner calls in and tells them to clean up the area. When the store slows down yes clean up. But don't make people stand around for 15 mins because you wanna micro manage. Also you have live feed of the cameras from your phone use that to see whats going on very poor service on your side

Walked in last minute after the gym one night and the store was about to close in like 10 minutes and the staff helped me fast and efficiently. So ill definitely be back tiara and david helped me out perfectly tonight.

I've been to a quite a few Jersey Mike's all through the western states and I will say this was one of the friendliest Jersey Mike's I've been to, staff was attentive and paid attention to what you wanted on your sandwich versus normal conversation you hear in fast food places nowadays (employees weekend plans) and not hear you the customer what you're ordering
