Loved these authentic birria tacos. The service was great, and the food was even better. I had the cheese birria tacos and had to try the birria tamale. It was really delicious. I talked to the owner, and he bought a building so they will soon have their own restaurant, I don't know when but until then, you can find them downtown Indio every Friday night and on Indios 2nd Saturday night each month or follow them on Instagram for their locations.
My wife and I went there at the suggestion of our daughter. It’s the bomb, the tacos are authentic. Lots of meat in the tacos and the salsas and consommé were very tasty. We will definitely come back . I must say some frijoles de la Hoya and some aroz would have complemented the plate nicely .
Birria tacos, quesadilla, deconstructed Tamales, great condiments! Not only is the birria delicious, but the owners are awesome. We come from Seattle for sun and family and always eat here. Don’t miss it!
