Pho of the Desert is a familiar pho joint. The Pho broth is deep and savory. The spring rolls are awesome, especially the Thit nuong ones, with good peanut sauce and Nuoc Cham. The rice wrap grilled pork is excellent. The vegetarian plates are enjoyable. Portions are large with lots of meat. The service is quick and attentive. The ambience is warm and inviting, a beautiful mix of modern and traditional Vietnamese decor. Overall, a wonderful dining experience with great Vietnamese food worth visiting again.
