They're rarely open as their stated hours of operation. When they are open it's a gamble as to whether or not you get rude or great service
I feel scammed! My husband and I went for two raspados de nuez Friday evening and what a disappointment! I have been coming here since I was a young girl and never has the nuez raspado tasted so bland, no flavor. We paid for basically ice! Just ice!!! Prices increased okay that I don’t mind paying but when you get a half made product then that’s when you no longer have my business.
They don't put enough flavor in their raspados.
Got 2 out of the 3 right kept rolling her eyes at me whenever I ordered it’s a shame how bad service could ruin such good food and desserts
Ilove this place averyting is so good

Their raspados are really good so are their fresas con crema. Their costumer services is superior. One of the employees or owners im not sure helped me with my autistic nephew calme him and was very understanding and empathetic. Extremely appreciative to her. Highly recommend!!!

This place is really good.
I enjoy the items they sell, but I'm not sure about bringing kids here anymore. The music they play is too loud and has a lot of curse words. Maybe this is considered normal, but this is not the Kio's I grew up with.
The best strawberries with cream !!!!?

This place is whack. The website hours are wrong so I called the place and they say they close at 8:30pm, then I show up at 8PM and they’re completely closed only because it’s a family operated business so I guess they do whatever they want whenever they want. The menu is also whack because the prices on the menu are not even the real prices, they always tend to add a dollar or two more of the price on the menu as well. These greedy business owners need to get their head out of their behind and update everything. What a poor business this is. If there was another option for no stars, I would totally choose that option.
When I started to go, everything was very good, but as time went by, it changed. The mango scraping tastes like sugar with sink water, and the cachanilla one only tastes like chamoi with sink water. Tostiseviche few shrimp and very expensive. The coconut shave is more water with milkmaid, I don't know, but I'm not going back.
Best coco con nuez in the valley
They rather talk with there friends in the back then tend to Customers, They say support small businesses not when they do that
