Such a horrible experience pay $25 for my coffee, iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and sweet cream foam didn’t get my order right and when I ordered my banana walnut, it was completely cold. I asked for warm up I asked if I can get my oder right the gentleman told me they’ll take care it they made me wait at least 5 to 10 minutes but while other people touch my order I had to throw coffee away because I think it’s kind of gross that while i’m waiting people are touching cup… so gross

Typical Starbucks, food and drinks made to the standard. Need to sweep their floors. Biggest problem I had here was the fact that they DON'T put the mobile orders out on the counter. There IS a sign there that says mobile orders but the mobile orders are kept back by the drive up staging area. They need to let people know that via the sign on the front counter otherwise you stand there for 10 minutes wondering where your drink is. Please improve this

On Fridays they close at 11pm got there at 10:38. I go to drive through and they said they are closed due to “short staffed” when there was no one ordering and no one in the parking lot. Just a bunch of lazy people

I bought a pound of a new, whole bean, single origin coffee but didn't like the flavor. They were nice enough to let me exchange it for a different roast bean. They didn't have to do that, being that it was simply a personal preference. I am impressed with the managers at this location.
Nice Starbucks. Clean and organized. Not a stressful one in the pm. Wasn't there in the morning. Within 500 ft of Tesla charger.

Avoid this location! The coffee is weak and tasteless, they take forever to get your order, and they gave me my to go oatmeal without any of the toppings.The location about 10 minutes away is much better!
