I didn't want to post online but there is no place to contact Starbucks otherwise. I ordered 3 drinks today through the app and had a wait of 16 to 20 minutes which was absolutely fine. However, when I showed up 20 minutes later only one drink was made. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the other two. On top of that, my mom's drink was not made correctly. This Starbucks is the best in California. The store is always spotlessly clean and fully stocked, with a double wide layout and shaded patio. Baristas have real smiles and never stop working hard. Johnny was very nice with amazing energy, and Lali took orders super nice while making sure drinks were correct. Z also made sure everything was correct from start to end. Some customers noted mistakes with drinks full of milk, but others received drinks and pastries with no mistakes that were very delicious. The location is busy but efficient; mobile orders are ready quickly. The parking lot is crazy, so be on the lookout for cars.
