both our orders were served without our sides. My steak was to be with mushrooms and shrimp on side. I had to ask! My boyfriend was missing his loaded fries! The servers are disrespectful in front of the customers exchanging hurtful comments to each other as they are greeting people! was a horrible experience! Definitely won't return to this location!!
The service at this Texas Roadhouse is poor. I’ll stop and eat at other ones but not this one.
Really bad service. First and last time I come here. Waited more than an hour for our food and came cold. Never came to ask us for refills.
