Nice place in Indio to grab a chili dog when you’re by the courthouse or if you wanna go to the fairgrounds. The Helper real friendly. I like the specials that they have reoccurring at the store. My favorite special is the tortilla, french fries chili dog. Wiener Wednesday is on Wednesdays and you get discount wieners. If you’re in Indio, stop at Wienerschnitzel. Check out the new paint job! The patio is awesome 😎

This place is horrible. Every time I go there something is wrong with my order. Either my order is not right or there’s missing items and customer service is the worst. Wienerschnitzel in Bermuda Dunes is way better.

I give Wienerschnitzel an all-around of four stars fast service and no indoor seating, and our order was messed up but in a positive way as they added a burger. The kids had never heard of the place so I had to take them. It's a very good place for a quick bite or last minute dinner idea.

They haven't cleaned the soda tube here since 1998!!! Don't ask for water either because the only way you'll get it is if you walk in yourself and pour it. Also I asked for no onions and found one directly in the center of my chili burger. I find that both a personal assault and outright sharp on their end.

The drive-thru almost always takes a little while to get through, even when there's only 2 or 3 cars in front of you. Love their corn dogs, but the past two times there, they were overcooked - almost burnt. Wish they would put more chili on their chili cheese fries also.
Kid-friendliness: Since there is no indoor seating, and if you walk up to order, you're only feet from the highway. Not safe, really, for the younger kids who like to "explore" their surroundings.

Pretty bad spot for many reasons: 1. Outdated, Tiny drive-thru (under a pitched roof), and the parking lot makes it difficult to get in and out. 2. Tables, floors, windows, and drive-thru window shelf are always dirty. 3. Every time I've had fries here, they were cooked in very old, burnt oil - and came out dark and nasty-tasting. I've only been inside once and the condition of the place made me never want to go back. I would recommend avoiding this location. Perhaps, in the near future, someone will give this place a remodel, a face-lift, or a deep-cleaning.

It’s been a while since I’ve gone due to bad service from old management but I went to get some chili dogs this week and customer service was great very quick and I even got offered the all beef hot dogs will definitely be coming back !

Delicious food! the new managers are very good people and hard workers, i was greeted at drive thru and my order was out in a couple minutes , i am constantly eating from here so i notice the change in freshness as soon as New management took over !
