Good managers of this beautiful town, today I had to buy like every day and Mrs. Hilda R served me as poorly as possible. I asked her for a shrimp toast and she couldn't help it. I asked her for a 4-piece combo and it turns out that everything contains guacamole were open and on top of the food and I asked him for extra pancakes and he didn't make them and his way of answering was to say that he didn't have sodas. If you want, take them if you don't, move that is not a way to treat customers who arrive daily to buy

Yesterday I order a tostada, I said extra rice and beans but they forgot to ad the beans,I went to Evelyn the manager to talk to her and she started to harassme and said that I do this everyday ect, ect when I just need an apology, I spent $150.00 dollars every week I told her that but she said that she doesn’t care!!!!! So this Evelyn the store manager don’t care if she looses customers and money ?……… They should fire her!!!!!! What kind of service is this!!!The worst service I ever experience in a pollo loco restaurant.

Absolutely delighted with my experience at this Mexican food gem! The grilled chicken was a flavor explosion – perfectly juicy and aromatic from the moment I walked in. The red and green salsa were the ultimate duo, enhancing the Mexican rice to perfection. Dining in on a tranquil afternoon, accompanied by delightful music, truly made for a satisfying experience. About 10 minutes by car from LAX.Mexican?It was delicious as usual. The surrounding area seems a bit unsafe.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted, they were really busy but there greet was on point. Fernando help me today with my order, great costumer service 10 stars for him. He made my husband and I dinner very pleasantly , I will definitely will be coming back to this pollo loco, i just moved in town Inglewood and I found my fav pollo loco spot to come and enjoy delicious hot fresh meal and with a great costumer service!
