First off, customers !! BeWARE!! Please, if you come to this location, pay attention to who and how they prep your orders. I went in and got 2 bowls. Note this, I am not one of those customers that made a big deal about orders, but this was beyond. Once I placed my order, the manager asked the new employee to make them for us. I can tell she is new because she was reading every ingredient that the bowls have. But as she was making them, I notice that the employee didn't have any gloves on while cutting the fruit, she was also peeling the bananas with bear hand and proceeded to cut the banana without a cutting board. I immediately stopped them and asked them kindly to put gloves on and to cut fresh fruit. As it is unsanitary, the manager came over and she did the bowls her self with an attitude, I apologized to the new employee as I told her that is not her fault, because the manager was supposed to be overseeing her and showing her the right way. I have worked in the food industry for years, and I can tell that they have not been properly trained on food procedures and cross contamination.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The first time I placed an order at this location I ordered peach perfection, which is something I order at every location. The first time which was about a week ago the taste was okay … but what really upset me was that I literally was drinking pieces of what seemed the peach seed ? Or it wasn’t blended right because I was drinking hard pieces that weren’t edible and that aren’t meant to be in the peach perfection drink , I could’ve choked or something I thought maybe the worker is new so whatever I decided to give this place another try as I am new to the area and I ordered peach perfection again and today it tastes rotten. Leaving a really bitter taste in my mouth. So I went back to the store and told the manager about how the drink tastes and she said it’s the peach juice that tastes bitter that there is basically nothing wrong with it and I responded with , it doesn’t taste right, I would know when something’s off and she said she “doesn’t have access to giving refunds” so I didn’t get a refund. I didn’t get any compensation for this inconvenience crazy how I wasn’t able to get a refund when the drink tastes rotten. I’m never the type to write reviews but I HAD TO COME ON HEREDon’t come to this specific location if you want to choke on their hazardous smoothies and rotten peach juice ?

The employees are kind and it’s pretty clean outside. We came for the Belgian waffles but they don’t have any toppings for the waffle. I don’t know many people that’d eat a dry waffle. The cashier that helped us though definitely knew what she was talking about though. Great hire! Thank you. Side note: there’s paper scattered around inside. Not the most clean look but okay I guess.

First off, have your employees know what to do if an online order doesn't show up in your system...I paid for it but your employee who is always there by himself in the morning acts like he just started.. annoying when I have been constantly coming to this Jamba juice for a while...train your staff before you lose money.. or just put someone else in the store early in the morning....going to the jamba juice on century from now on...

This review is strictly based on Laila's service. There are a couple of times that I've ordered here with another associate. They have either messed up the order or had me question some things about their cash handling. BUT, when I consult with Laila, she ALWAYS makes it right! She's the only reason I patronize this location.

I came to this location 15 minutes before they opened and waited. Once they opened, I went there for the new beginning waffle bowl and they said they did not have the products to make the bowl. This is a new product being advertised. I dornt understand. Just be sure when you come to this site that, they might not have what you want.

I came at the very last minute and Layla was wonderful enough to still take my order and make the best strawberry surf rider! This has been my ultimate pregnancy craving so although I saw that they were going to be closing soon, I asked my husband to still take me knowing that I likely would be too late. Layla graciously took my order and blended my order smoothly. I've had rushed orders before where they came out chunky and not well blended but she definitely took her time and care. Appreciate you!
