Jamba is a restaurant with friendly employees, particularly the cashier who is knowledgeable and helpful. However, cleanliness can be an issue, with paper scattered around inside. The menu items may not always be available, including toppings for the Belgian waffles and ingredients for the new Beginning Waffle Bowl. Despite some inconsistencies, the staff, particularly Laila, strive to make things right and provide good service.
