The service was great—our server was incredibly sweet, and the place itself is really cute. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. I was hoping for authentic Hispanic mariscos, but what we got felt like a very watered-down, Americanized version. Honestly, I was expecting much more

I was in town for business and was steered toward Lalos Mariscos for some good Mexican food. I love great TexMex and was doubtful and what I would find here. It fully delivered in both quality and quantity of traditional flavors. It took a bit to find (and we confused this Lalos with another place not far away). I'm glad we double checked head headed to this one. Ample, free parking was nice. Going in, we were seated immediately and had attentive service. The food was great with some excellent guac and queso. Empanadas for an appetizer were fantastic and easily enough for a meal by themselves. Another patron in there recommended we try 'The Molcajete' which is a bit of an all stars dish with samples of many great things. Oh man, that was really, really good. It's kind of weird to call this out but the refried beans on the side were so creamy and good. They are not just a side dish, they were incredible by themselves. We couldn't eat all that came out and sadly I couldn't take the remainder to go as we were headed to the airport. Well worth the while. Check them out.

It is unfortunate that being a customer for many years. Order take out and being a cash paying customer where they had my phone number register, they wouldn't process my order for pickup until I was there physically for them to start my order. Their food quality has drastically not the same and portions and specially on chips even if you offer to pay for an extra bag rhey give you an attitude. It will be the last time I will eat or come to this place. Understand I am only 1 customer but honestly a loyal one for years ever since it changed ownership over 15+ years ago. Staff should be better trained over the phone in how to treat customers.

My mom is a big fan of mariscos and we were on the hunt for a good spot. I found this place since it was relatively close to my new home. We got the mar y tierra molcajete, 7 mares soup, coctel de pulpo y ostiones (octopus + oyster). Everything was delicious!
My mom and grandma are pretty picky and they enjoyed it a lot. The portions are huge, can probably share each dish with at least 2 people.
For my personal taste would have wanted a thicker coctel but my mom did get the ketchup on side so maybe that was the factor that changed it. She really enjoyed it.
The soup was flavorful and had plenty of shrimp, crab, mussels, and octopus.
The molcajete had a delicious salsa.

For drinks we got a passion fruit margarita alcohol level was decent. Could have been a little sweeter but honestly no complaint for the price and it was HUGE.

We will definitely come here again.

Delicious food and great vibes! The seafood is fresh and full of flavor—Lalo’s really knows how to do mariscos right. They also have other delicious plates if you're in the mood for something different. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Plus, it’s conveniently close to SoFi Stadium, making it a perfect stop before or after a game or concert. Highly recommend if you're in the area!
