Lalo makes some of the best ravioli I've had outside of Italy. The Rosetta sauce pairs perfectly with his mix of cheeses inside the ravioli. I would happily return and recommend it to a friend.

I came here about 2 months ago and was blown away with the food. Tio Alex was great as well. However I came back and ordered the same dishes last week and the food was awful. I couldn’t believe it was the same place. The salsa was extremely lumpy, the shrimp al mojo de ajo tastes very chewy and had a funk taste. And then the fajitas had very little meat and the quality was so bad compared to the first time I ordered it. The steak was very chewy and stringy, the chicken wasn’t cut small and was very rubbery giant pieces. The shrimp also tastes funky in the fajitas as well and the overall flavor of the fajitas was bad. I ended up getting diarrhea after eating the shrimp.Honestly am shocked at how terrible the food was the second time. Not sure if they got a new chef or what. Tio Alex was not there so maybe he is the one that keeps the quality up.Overall would not come again after that second experience.

I went in with high expectations and like so many things, going in with that level, can fall flat. Sadly at Lalo's it did.1. We sat outside, a tad chilly, but the heaters were on. Definitely folks show up. Parking shouldn't be an issue, it's a private lot.2. Service is fantastic. Nice and friendly. Easy to make modifications. 3. The food:a. My friend started with a half dozen oysters. He said they were fine, but watery.b. His main was the shrimp cocktail which he asked for chilled. It arrived warm. The size is massive, and I could see a tomato base, with a variety of veggie things and the shrimp. Again, he noted it as fair.c. I went with the 15 shrimp dish, going with the grilled spices one. I selected Spanish rice and beans. I ate only seven of the shrimp. They are not jumbo or large, more like medium to slightly small level. At seven you will find it sufficient. I was expecting grill marks, but there weren't any, which is fine. They tasted fine. The spices on it, I didn't get the flavors of it. It was like bland with spices. Just fair. I had only 35% or so of the rice. They give you a lot. I mixed their salsa with it, for an extra kick. The salsa is good with a kick of heat. Overall, fair. I place that's hot on Instagram, has a strong following, but for me, I didn't get that experience. Not hot. Not cold.Just there

Went here tonight cause it was a block away from the Motel 6 I was staying at. The place is small, but has a great homey feel you'd expect from a Mariscos place. I got the Baja shrimp burrito. They brought me a chicken burrito first by mistake and it was really tasty, I almost just ate it and didnt say anything, but was in the mood for shrimp. A man who I assume is either the manager or owner kept going up to me to make sure I was ok. He really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. The burrito was great. I've had better, but absolutely no complaints. I'd normally give this 4 stars being that they gave me the wrong dish and it wasn't exactly mind blowing. But the manager was so cool that I can't help but give it 5 stars. Also the Molcajete looked and smelled amazing so I'm gonna assume that's the thing to get.

My mouth is Watering Reminiscing these dishes I love the dessert as well.I should've taken a picture of the Tiramisu! As you can see here, the waitress offered us tortillas. And he was very helpful and gave us napkins & everything We needed such as drinks.Every time we show up, we hear the Beautiful music surrounding us. And that's what really brings this place altogether

Literally the best spot! Great service, the food tasted amazing, and portions were good. If you need a ceviche and a michelada fix this is the spot! 10/10 seriously. Just go here.
