I’ve ordered from this establishment on and off for some time, but this most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for a barbecue chicken pizza and added mushrooms and pineapple as extra toppings. What I received, however, was a pizza with only the added toppings, no barbecue sauce, no chicken, nothing resembling what I actually ordered.
Since I placed the order through Slice, I reached out to them directly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the restaurant refused to correct the mistake or offer a refund. That kind of response is not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable and reflects very poor customer service.
Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. I won’t be ordering from here again.

My food was burnt I've been calling them for the past 24 hours no one is responding to me I talked to angel angel says that the manager only comes in for 1 hour 3 times a week these people do not respect your money or your time and it's too bad

I thought they were closing and I thought I was gonna grab a nice pizza not too expensive and hot and good..... What I received is a grease pan with very minimal toppings. And to top it off I was charged differently than she told me. U GTA look at your receipt. Even paying with card it should not go up like 20 %. She told me 8 hots for a large. I was charged 11. Smh. Disappointed. Should of went to lil Caesars

*Update: I gave this place another try and specifically asked for extra sauce plus sauce on the side and it definitely made the pizza way better. The crust was improved this time too! Will be returning now and just making sure to ask for sauce!
I wish they put tomato sauce on the pizza. That would give it much more flavor, but there’s absolutely no sauce on it. Crust is OK though

For late night take out Pizza New Millennium is very good for the price. I would only recommend take out. The place of business doesn't have much seating for dine in and the atmosphere is none. But for late night take out! It's a great option!

If you have $30 and no respect for yourself, order something that these guys call pizza and stuff it into your face. Literally watched them drop my food on the floor.

Messed up my online order. First the employee argued with me that I didn’t order pepperoni. I told her it was an online order she can double check. Then she wanted me to drive back to return the wrong pizza and make me a new one. I don’t have time for a 20 minute drive with hungry children at home. I asked for a refund and she refused. Never again. I should have read the reviews first. Very unprofessional.

Where are you getting 5 star reviews? This is TERRIBLE pizza. No better than a box on a grocery aisle. No such thing as a Caesar salad with 4 cups of lettuce STRIPS, slices of tomatoe and ranch dressing. Being taken advantage of by pizza delivery the last night of vacation is a great way to get bad reviews.
