Restaurant was well kept and extremely clean inside. I got one of the NY style Heros and a Cajun potato salad. It was pretty good. Staff was super friendly and efficient. I'll be back if I'm in the neighborhood.
It's one of my favorite chains in SoCal since I'm a sucker for great po'boys.
This is my go-to place for such sandwiches. They offer a great selection of proteins for them (fried oysters are ny choice).
Don't get it wrong, though, they also offer pastrami and other delui cut meats for your hero of choice if New Orleans seafood isn't your thing.
I will say this isn't a cheap deli/sandwich shop at all....

Food is good but service is not so good, they pick and choose when they want to charge extra for items. I guess maybe it depends on who is working the register. I am a frequent customer.
