I found an expiration sticker stuck on my sandwich. I tried to reach out to the store and got no answer through phone calls. This sucks because this is my usual store to get my breakfast ! :(

This place THUMPS.
Seriously, don't try to come in here with your laptop and try to have a business meeting. It's LOUD.
Coffee / food was good (if you haven't tried the Crispy Grilled Cheese yet do it) and the staff is friendly.

Not everyone here is great but the barista (with the headset) that helped me was great. She's brought back old school customer service. She was helping several customers while two other employees stood around talking to each other. I wish I had of gotten her name to give her a shout out.

I interacted with Shamarie in the drive thru. In my opinion she seemed to not want to be there this morning. Her demsays it all. No personality when asked questions. I ordered 2 items which she wanted to charge me for 3. I clearly stated what I wanted. She continued to speak softly even after being told the the fan outside her window was loud. She just didn't seem right for today's mission

Guy taking orders inside the establishment was rude… his name starts with a ‘J’ but he should consider getting another job outside of customer service.

Hey, Starbucks groupie & Inglewood resident here. I've had my shared of drive-thru and mobile pickup orders on a weekly basis with many of the Starbucks in the Inglewood area. This is my two-cents and a nickel on this location. Let's jump right into this review.

This location is on Century Boulevard & Prairie Avenue- stand alone location, directly across the street from the Intuit Dome and Chevron gas station. This location use to be a Taco Bell.

Drinks (my usuals)
Venti strawberry acaí with lemonade, no strawberries, add peach juice

Venti green tea with water, add 2 splendas, sometimes I substitute water for lemonade

Grande Hot Chocolate w/ extra whipped cream, with a splash of vanilla syrup - kids temp :)

Things to know:
- Drive-thru and inside accessible with tables and chairs.

- Shared lot with parking spaces - limited.

- I have ordered inside and through the drive-thru.

- I have learned that the refreshers/teas taste varies by location. I do wish there was consistency. Flavor is a hit and miss from time to time.

- The staff is friendly and personable at this location. No complaints. The drive-thru line can be long at times as well as the inside counter. It's the location - busy area.

- The inside is usually in "good shape", lol. FYI - The homeless frequents this spot.

It's super stressful to get here, trying to work while enjoying a coffee and it's already closed at 8pm! On the map it is 12:30am and it doesn't seem correct to me

I don't usually write reviews and it's simply because most places offer commendable service but not the type of service that requires a review. Let alone a bad one.

In this case, I'm deeply dissatisfied by the fact that I paid $6 for a cup full of ice. While I understand we have the option to request light ice, is this what normally happens to customers who have no preference?

It becomes even more disappointing when the quality of the drink itself was great. I have no complaints on the drink itself, I'm just disappointed on the barista who made this drink thinking this was an acceptable way to provide ice on a drink to a customer.

If this can be fixed for future orders, I think you have yourself a great place to order yourself a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade

Asked for a cup of ice, barista refused said it’s only complimentary with a purchase, so I asked if she can just charge me for it. I wasn’t tryna have coffee and food I had just ate and she refused again. I’m confused cus I thought it was free but I offered to still buy something small and she said no. And kept calling me friend 😂

I have been buying a venti coffee at Starbucks everyday day for over 8 years and all the good will earned by the many baristas and stores I have visited in that time has been completely ruined in the span of 8 days since Starbucks forgot there ways and decided to blame the customers for all there problems and this store on the corner of Prairie & Century Blvd is a perfect example of the DOWNFALL of ALL STANDARDS that ONCE made Starbucks GREAT.

Remember when Starbucks used to be clean? I do but it’s not anymore and hasn’t been in a long time

The bathrooms here look like they haven’t been cleaned properly in years.

Remember when Baristas were polite … I remember but those days are long gone.

Remember when it was a smoke free environment… I do but those days are gone as well as evidenced by parking lots full of cigarettes. 5 years ago you’d never see a cigarette butt.

Remember when you could sit inside or outside… not anymore, for most Starbucks now have eliminated outside seating and many have also eliminated plugs.

Remember when it was a good environment to meet people … well those days are long gone because Starbucks has forgotten who the PEOPLE are and have decided to declare war on the people who have supported them day in and day out.

Starbucks has now become a place where FILTHY BATHROOMS, lobby’s, and patios are the NORM to go along with EVER INCREASING PRICES with an EXTRA HELPING of bad attitudes from baristas who are no longer happy to be working here and are WORKING themselves out of a job by ALIENATING there entire customer Base

But luckily there’s a SILVER LINING to this story because unlike Starbucks, Panera Bread has taken over Starbucks place as the THIRD HOME and Panera Earns That First sip Feeling by having clean stores that are welcoming to all and on top of that they have REALLY GOOD FOOD and they put coffee out for you to refill your cup whenever YOUR HEART DESIRES + they have microwaves, SUPER COMFY SEATING & Much larger lobbies that more often than not have Fire places and ALWAYS HAVE PLUGS

and you know what else Panera never does … they don’t decide at 3:30 in the afternoon to shut the store down and have a staff meeting but that’s Starbucks favorite thing to do now is just put a note on the door and tell everyone to get out without any warning or notice.

And on top of that the hours of operation are correct on Google maps unlike Starbucks who now thinks it’s a good idea to say there open when in reality it’s only open for drive thru and the Lobby opens later and moreover they don’t answer the phones but I digress

I could go on and on at the downfall of Starbucks but no one is listening at the corporate level anymore since Howard Shultz left and the new business model is to blame the customers for YOUR FAILURES so instead I will PRESS On, PRESS Harder, PRESS NOW!!!

Genuinely & Sincerely Starbucks Biggest Fan taking my $3.45 ($103.50 per month) for a Venti coffee every day to Panera
