I really don't understand why they won't use better cuts of meat! Twice I've had meat with animal hair still attached to it. Some of the pieces of cow stomach are extremely fatty. A lot of the mixed meat is overcooked. And even the poultry or turkeys cuts aren't great or overcooked. Is this the way people eat meat in Nigeria? You guys are in the United States now...you have better meat choices here.

The Vegetable mix meat with fufu was super delicious at this hidden gem Nigerian restaurant on lincoln. DIno had a great presentation and helped with the menu.Highly recommend this for authentic Nigerian food #NigerianCuisine #MarinaDelRey #AfricanSoulFood#Restaurants@SumptuousAfrican

Egusi was flavorless and nasty. My first time here and I was very disappointed. The fish had a strong odor and taste I almost threw up. Disgusting. I wouldn't feed my dogs this food. Shame on you guys!

Tried the fufu which is made of yam to try out something new from the African Restaurant in lincoln .Fufu (or foofoo or foufou) is possibly one the most famous west African "swallow" foods. It is a filling side dish - starchy, smooth, and stretchy. It delicious, simple, satisfying,The guy helping suggested the drink and was very helpful in explaining the dishes#NigerianCuisine #MarinaDelRey#AfricanSoulFood #Restaurants #ad #thumzup@SumptuousAfrican

West African - Nigerian Cuisine. Food is cool and will appease your desire for African.
I don’t usually comment but it seems like they can easily trick folks who don’t know what the food is supposed to be and get away with it. Sadly they sent me something that was not Afang twice. The first time I thought it was an error but by the second time, I knew it was on purpose. I hope they see this and work on that. It’s not nice to be dishonest. This is not Afang, the leaf here is spinach or something.

If your going for egusi, it's not worth it don't even here you will be disappointed. The egusi had no flavor and like and taste grits. Not worth it.

I was so happily surprised to find this place at Fox Hills Mall (Westerfield Mall). It hit the spot just right! Wonderful Jamaican and Nigerian flavors and I forgot how good fufu is. Biggups to the chefs!

The beef was so hard and dried out, pissed me off. The soup and fufu were good but the meat omg hard as a rock. All bad! I got egusi soup, and beef. Service was just ok, this was my 3rd time here and it continues to be a disappointment with the quality of food. I wanted to give it a chance but after 3 times I thought the restaurant should know they have to do better!

My husband brought home two meals from this restaurant, the first was goat with plaintain, jolloff rice and some kind of vegetable , the second order was some type of fish maybe tuna . The food was absolutely delicious, this was the first goat meal I ever tried that I truly enjoyed. My husband is Nigerian and he said this made him really miss back home .
