I had the pleasure of being helped by Rosalia, and she made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain things without making me feel rushed.
What really stood out is that she suggested I sign up for the Yoshinoya app, which ended up saving me money right away. That told me she actually cares about the customer...

I wanted to purchase two large bowls, Diego pointed out that my coupons had expired. Thankfully, he was incredibly patient and kind enough to provide me with new coupons, which genuinely made my day. I always enjoy coming to Yoshinoya, not only for the delicious food but also for the wonderful service. Thank you once again for going above and beyond!

Let me start by saying, i should of have checked on food before leaving the restaurant.. however, place was literally empty. How can they possibly mess up on my order..?!! Right!! We are from out of town and had order 3 beef combos meals. I had to pack it well, since it would had to go through TSA at Lax airport and on flight. It was once i got home realized they had given us chicken instead!!! 😡🤬 When in town again, will never stop here again!
