I always like stopping by local spots on the way to or from mammoth, and usually make several detours in Mojave for some off roading fun. It's cool seeing what it would be like living in these small towns. Stopped at 5pm on a Sunday so not exactly prime time. There were a few locals, and the nice woman bartender also cooked the burger which was surprisingly fire. I thought it would be more of a dive bar, but it's actually quite nice inside. It's a lot bigger than I thought. The bartender was nice, and drinks were frosty. It was a bit pricier than I thought it would be, but still gets five stars. $27 for a coors light, mango beer, and makers on the rocks. We joked that there's a locals price and a tourist price, because the bartender asked if we were on our way to Mammoth. I'd stop by again to try the food in the future.
