Very good place to stop, it's a locals hangout with lots of friendly people and staff, the food is great, beer is cold. Store is just that a small country store with a wide variety of things you could possibly need. While staying at Lake Pardee in Amador County we need a few things from the store and one of the people smoked that was with us. The nearest place to the lake without going into Jackson is on Jackson Valley Road and Buena Vista Road Crossroads. I was really surprised that I was able to get a pack of cigarettes for my friend $3 cheaper than anywhere else smokes for 7:50 he says he pays $10 everywhere else and they have a good little Grill in there also get good Mexican food and...read full review

Very good burger ( she said if I could find a better one to let her know ) and fries. Service was friendly and liked to have fun in conversation. Would not hesitate to stop there again.
