We live in Amador County and eat lunch out twice a week. This little restaurant has become our "go-to" for one of those meals when the logistics are right. Great traditional cheeseburger, not too big or small, with skin on fries at a very reasonable price. We like the waitresses the way they are, no pretense or fake smiles. We call them "the girls". To have found the "liver and onions" no frills down home coffee shop of our youth is pretty cool.

Great little restaurant with friendly staff. Breakfast and lunch is delicious and a place like this should be a staple in all small towns.
Good food but the decor is awful. It's like they sat at the dumps waiting for people to through out furniture then grabbed it and furnished there restaurant with it.
