I take my kids often into Ione sweets. Very cool place for treats and to hangout on patio creek side. If you haven’t been inside before I would absolutely recommend you do. It has that old fashion mixed with new school candy shop feel! The owner David is a cool and sweet guy too. I’m guessing that’s how he came up with the name?.Kid-friendliness: I have three kids 13, 7, and 5. There faces light up every time we go inside Ione sweets!
I meet my son at Ione Sweets every Friday after school. We love going there because the owner & his daughter are so nice! I usually don't like to chat with people, but I always look forward to going in to have a chat while we're getting our ice

Love it we meet my daughter and grandson mostly on Friday after school. The malts shakes and banana splits couple scoops on a waffle cone and we're in heaven. Family owned and operated by really great people. I would recommend anybody that wants some sweet ice cream or a malt whatever go to The sweet spot in Ione IONE
