I've tried several other local spots and this is my go-to for Thai iced tea. I've tried both the green and black Thai teas here. I prefer the black Thai tea - the astringency of black tea is a better contrast against the sweetness and spices. But the Thai green tea is also good, especially if you prefer a milder, less astringent palate. Can't go wrong either way - have never had a disappointing drink from 7 Leaves.

Danny really hooked up with the the recommendation and gave me the chance to try true 7leaves Assam milk tea and it was honestly one of the best cups I’ve had. The flavor was bold, rich, and perfectly balanced with the milk, without being overpowering or watered down. You can really taste the quality of the Assam tea it has that deep, malty flavor that makes it stand out from regular milk tea. What really made the experience special, though, was how knowledgeable Danny is. He clearly knows exactly what he’s talking about when it comes to tea from explaining where the leaves come from to how the brewing process affects the flavor. You can tell he’s passionate and well educated about his craft, and it shows in every sip.

Ordered the matcha soy milk. No idea if the sugar level can be altered. The original recipe is quite sweet. Seems a lot of people did online order; therefore, no place to sit inside, which is quite disappointing.

Quick place to get a coffee or tea. This is not a high end coffee shop, but it’s quick and convenient. I always order on the app, drive over and pick up. I prefer the sea cream black coffee easy sweet. The Vietnamese coffee and mint sereno are good too
This place is take out only and parking is usually not too bad since it’s in the back corner of the shopping center
