If you are a fan of baked goods and pastries this is definately a place to try. I remember some years ago when 85degree first came into the market the long lines seemed endless and I never had the patience to wait in line. Boy was that a stupid decision. Tried it today and I will be back.

Nice people, a good variety of drinks from coffees to teas. And Boba. A large selection of baked goods! They all smelled delicious. A few grab and go sandwiches too. Plenty of outdoor seating.

~ Peach Green Tea is really refreshing, definitely recommend and not overly sweeten. The green tea isn't too caffeinated.
