We really enjoy coming to BCD Tofu House. The service is always excellent—even when the restaurant is very busy, the staff remains attentive and efficient. The appetizers are consistently tasty, and while the tofu soup is occasionally a bit under-seasoned or light, most of the time it’s perfectly prepared. Prices are very reasonable, portions are generous, and when we order two combo meals, it’s always more than enough food—we leave full every time.

The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. I left the table without eating a single bite after waiting endlessly for my food. You know why??? Because my order NEVER arrived.
We placed the order. We waited. After a long time, we asked about it. The waiter said the kitchen was “behind” and that my food would be out soon.
So I kept waiting. And waiting.
I asked again. Another waitress went to the cashier, came back with the receipts, and said everyone else’s order had been served—EXCEPT MINE.
At that moment, I completely lost it. I walked straight out of the restaurant because I was beyond angry.
My girlfriend was eating while I sat there with NOTHING.
I will NEVER, EVER return to this disgraceful, unacceptable place.

I ordered soup from you because I was really hungry after work at five in the morning. Unfortunately, the soup was completely saltless and tasteless. I had already tried tofu for dinner once before, and it was very tasty, so I expected the same quality. This time I was disappointed.

Love this place! We drive from San Diego to Irvine just for this food. Great service starting at the front door, all the way to walking out after we eat. Staff is so friendly. Food orders are taken quickly and delivered to your table correctly. Staff is always refilling your drinks and side dishes. The food is amazing and tasty. Great job!

Best pickled crabs and the cheapest Korean food in California!!! Service is superb as well!
The food and service was amazing but the wait to get a table was really long. I recommend coming earlier to get a table quicker. Personally I waited 30 minutes for a 11 seat table but I came early. Overall would recommend this place for everyone and the food is delicious. I recommend getting the combo sets and the mashed potato side is really good.

very good place for good portions and good price! they have unlimited banchan, but be aware that they can get very busy. it may took ur server a while to refill ur banchan etc. around dinner time is when it starts to get super busy.

I’m kind of obsessed with this place. Extremely delicious bibimbap with crispy bits on the bottom of the stone pot, amazing soup that comes out bubbling hot that I love to crack an egg into, side dishes that stay on my mind all week, and the best pajeon I’ve ever had.
