I ordered ahead earlier this week and it was confirmed by Beard Papa's. On the day of pickup, it was cancelled very last minute on my way there. They said the cream puffs were sold out. What is the point of ordering ahead/online for something that cannot be fulfilled. I needed these for a holiday party. Luckily, I was able to pickup something last minute at Paris Baguette. Very disappointed.

We ordered the mochi: strawberry, vanilla, ube, mango, yuzu coconut, and green tea. The yuzu was exceptional; it tasted like Korean citron tea, and the coconut made it creamy, while still keeping a tang from the yuzu. The injeolmi (soybean powder) bingsu was also good, and they gave us a lot of mochi! The raspberry gelato had seeds in it, and the taste was a bit sharp, but the mango was creamy and tasted like fresh mango!
Thank you so much for the delicious sweets you all make and serve. A friend and I grabbed a small strawberry bingsoo and it was delicious. The strawberries weren’t too syrupy! I found myself regretting not getting a larger size but I think it was God’s blessings that I didn’t hahaha I can become so greedy. The plating of the bingsoo surprised me - in a gold bowl! The service was kind and speedy. There is a good amount of seating that is great for friends to catch up. I love the lighting here.

The staffs are so mean and disrespectful! They kept saying that they didn’t get order and asked me to leave so that they could serve other customers. I have to contact the customer service back and forth. They finally find my order after 50 min and blamed me that it was all my fault as I told them the wrong number. But it is the number that I used at least 10 times to pick up before! Then they asked me so, what do you want?!

I asked you several times the order was made last night 19:25 and showed you the record at least three times. You insisted you couldn’t find it. I reminded you to check the order for yesterday. But you still said that you didn’t get any order at that time, and there was no any order that was not picked up and you did not throw anything yesterday. It was the very end at almost 1pm a new guy came and everything changed. You could find the order finally and said it was ready at 8pm last night. That guy threw it while no any others in your store knew it! You said you called the Fantuan, but they said that they did not get any contact from you regarding it. You’re keeping making different stories for several times and insulting me “that is all your fault!” “What do you want?” Shouldn’t you ask yourself what do you want?

I want to love this place, but they’re very stingy on the cream inside the puffs. My favorite are the mini puffs because they’re easier to bite. This is the THIRD time I’ve gotten them with almost zero cream. When I lift up the puffs it feels like an empty shell and sure enough there’s not really anything in there. This has only happened within the last three months. Maybe they hired new people who don’t know how to fill the cream puffs, but it’s been a disappointment each time I’ve gone since October 2024. I had to add a picture to show what I mean. Besides that small dollop of cream you see, there was nothing else. The first bite was just shell and the end piece was just shell.
