Beard papas is really fun. I like it. I’m glad that they have taiyaki as well. Can’t wait to try Nutella taiyaki from beard papas soon! I love the Oreo pastry with chocolate or vanilla custard the best. Really like that they have dippin dots too!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian desserts! ??
As delicious as their cream puffs are, I love their taiyaki here. It's my favorite thing to get. Their mochi is also delicious. Service can be hit or miss but it's a nice place to get dessert to share with friends.

Never heard of this place but we got there around 8pm on a Saturday to meet up with friends. Not bad. Apparently others shared this sentiment as the place was hopping for the next couple hours. I had the Macha with vanilla cream puff even though I'm a diabetic and it was lip smacking good. In a different time, I probably could have eaten 4 or 5 of their offerings at 1 sitting. They serve croissants, tea, mochi ice cream and other choices so it was a good after dinner place to end up at.

Been here a couple of times before and it's usually pretty good. I finished up with grocery shopping at Mitsuwa and I wanted to grab some dessert for later as well. The interior is nice with a comfy cafe atmosphere. There was no line and the cashier was very friendly. I ordered three cream puffs. One chocolate, one matcha and one ube, all filled with the classic vanilla cream. I ate the match and chocolate cream puffs later that day at home. The matcha was sweeter than I expected, but in a good way. The vanilla cream was substantial with a hint of vanilla flavor and the pastry was a little crunchy. The chocolate was a classic and very delicious. I really enjoyed my cream puffs from here.

As a Mashle fan (anime) we had a craving for cream puffs and beard papas has them! Stopped by, got a 6 pack + 1 free one and they were delicious! They have many items besides cream puffs and look forward to trying more items out soon.

Best cream puffs I've ever had. It's not too sweet per my Asian mom so you know that's one of the highest compliments a dessert can ever have because she is a picky chooser for desserts. Wished they had one closer to Brea .. but oh wells.

The Puff pastry are unparalleled- so creamy so good WOW their UBE drew me in and I'm so grateful I absolutely love their Ube lava cake it is so good and has the amazing flavor of Ube

3 stars because the place is really cute and I only tried one item, I can't rate overall. However, the service was subpar. I had never been to Beard Papa's before, so when I was at the register I was asking questions about what the pastries were and how to order and the cashier seemed bothered that I was asking questions, the other two people standing there just looked at me like I was annoying and overall, I felt unwelcomed. But, I went ahead with my order and the flavor of the month (holiday sprinkles) with egg nog filling was tasty. It wasn't something I'd go back to get anytime soon, this may be partly because of the customer service though.

This place is so cute. It transports me back to the time when my high school friends and I would hang out at a cafe and eat pastries and sip on tea. Such beautiful decor. I ordered the ube lava cake and I'm hooked! It was so delicious and very ube-ey. We also ordered the ube and Oreo cream puff which I didn't try but it seemed like it was good. Will definitely come back again to try out their cream puffs. Service is quick and parking is ample.
It was quite busy and felt a bit awkward waiting in the lobby area(?) lol I would say, it seemed like a very popular place for youngings. Lol We had lovely big cream puffs to go. I wouldn't say their puffs are the best thing ever. But hey, each bite was a fun sweet time, we made a good memory. :-)

Simply delish! I really enjoy the cream puffs here. They are huge and creamy and made fresh! I prefer making an online order and eating them at home because it's a faster experience; the line can get pretty long, but it's worth it!
