This place is racist towards all non white customers. I went here for a coffee, and asked for less ice, got half coffee literally.
The very next white customer did the same and the server offered her less ice with full cup of coffee. I don’t remember the name, but it was one of the 2 ladies working here.

The coffee is okay. The food is good, but over priced. Cute little shop. Good for the occasional caffeinated drink. About Peet’s tier with higher prices.

I have mixed feelings. For me, one of the main roles is played by the drink. The latte was disgustingly bitter.
To make it mild and flavorful, do the following:
1) Good beans should have no bitterness, use 1 espresso shot for the drink.
2) If it is very bitter, change the grind, it should be coarser. And the serving size for 1 shot should be 10 grams, use a scale.
3) Clean the machine after a change and make sure to clean the holders.
Then your coffee will be of good quality and people will be attracted to you.
To know if the shot is good, make a couple espressos, it should be sour but not bitter. Good luck

Horrible customer service. I asked for LIGHT ice and i got a FULLL cup of ice. And the guy gave me a cup to pour out the ice rather than fixing HIS mistake. Terrible. And i even tipped. It was my first time here. Never tipping again, or coming here again. Rather than fix it, chose to ignore it. It wasnt even busy. One other couple was waiting. Come on now?

7$ for iced coffee and then they give you all ice in the cup. I kindly asked the lady to give me more iced coffee and less ice, and she refused saying “we measure out the coffee”. You gave me all ice!

Ordered two drinks and got one right away and then had to wait nearly 10mins to get my 2nd as they served 6-8 people behind me. And when I asked about my other drink I was met with, "if you ordered it, were making it". So incredibly rude. Also, they only make one roast so if you enjoy anything else - bummer for you. We won't be back here.

I ordered the iced Spanish latte and it was delicious, but I wish it was a little bit sweeter. The staff was very kind, but there wasn’t a lot of space to sit so I ended up sitting somewhere else within the spectrum center. I will definitely come back, I’m interested in trying their matcha. The price was fair and it’s a good replacement for Starbucks if you’re avoiding them.

Cafe mocha was gross..had no mocha flavor..threw it away after 2 sips. Wife vanilla latte was just as gross. Also threw it away after 2 sips..won’t be coming back here..don’t recommend

Staff were rude. I would encourage a simple etiquette training for the staff. Nothing cute about ill mannered, overgrown children asking for a tip.
