Just landed from Houston TX for a meeting and I needed some good coffee. This place had different types of coffee that I'm not use to. They recommended VTM coffee and a hot blueberry muffin and it was so good.

A different experience compared to a brand named coffee shop.
Asked for light ice and they said they would fill my cup up halfway with my drink. Are you INSANE? No thanks I won’t ever come here again for coffee that’s overpriced. Good coffee though but I don’t want a cup of ice.

In the morning, everywhere in the world, coffee shops are crowded and chaotic. In this shop there are no customers, no outside orders! My wait, 12 minutes. For what? Two shots of espresso in hot water. I mean basic americano!

This place has great coffee and I have been a longtime customer. But the lack of organization surrounding olo/pickup orders is insane. I order ahead to avoid the wait, yet it always takes at least 10 minutes (past the estimated pickup time) to get my order when I can see the drink sitting on the olo shelf. It's one thing if it's not ready, but if it's already on the shelf... it takes 5 seconds to grab it and put it on the counter.This specific location always gives me a problem whenever I go to pick up my order. Despite usually two workers being stationed near the pickup counter, it usually takes 5-10 minutes for one to even look my way and even then, help is not guaranteed. I understand this location gets busy, and it's not always convenient for the workers to attend to pickups. I suggest that management find an alternative (i.e. putting the drinks out already like Philz or having an entirely different section for pickups) that can help both their workers and customers alike. As someone who has worked in food service, I understand the struggles that come with rushes and I don't blame the workers. But this has happened too many times to the point where management should consider making some changes to help their business function more efficiently.

The best coffee in the area in my opinion. We recommended this place to a visitor and they loved it too! It is overlooking the mini play structure at the mall next to Target. You can grab a coffee to go or there are a few seating options outside. Love the iced Vietnamese coffee.

VT Matcha (half Vietnamese coffee, half matcha latte) is bomb. Friendly staff
They lie that the system is down just to make you order through mobile. Caught them doing this multiple times
Their iced VTM is one of my favorite coffee drinks. I can't help but get it every time we go!
