I am from the pacific northwest where there is a coffee stand on every corner, So, you can always find a good cup of coffee. I have traveled to Irvine for many years and have never really found a good mocha until know. This little gem is the best coffee I have been able to find in the Irvine CA area and it really is on par with the quality of coffee you can get up here in the pacific northwest.
