Our first visit ever to K1 was in Nov 2023. We had a challenging experience checking in. We informed the lady at the check in counter that it's our first time so help us with the process. Even after telling her that, she didn't pass "complete" instructions the first time. had to go and do check on computer and then come back only you ho and do check in again. It was very annoying. Other than that this was fun.
