Overall, a really good spot for food any time of day. They have a nice variety of finger foods and options for breakfast and lunch, and everything I tried was solid. The strawberry matcha is especially good and definitely worth ordering if you’re a fan. I also stopped by during happy hour and really enjoyed it… the prices are great.
The pastries are good as well. Overall, a nice place to grab a bite and relax.

We got there and they were busy. I tried the early bird spam sandwhich which was quite hefty. It was ok. I couldn’t finish it. The blueberry crumble latte was very good. Come hungry. 😋

Nice little place. Lots of free parking. Limited seating in door. Plenty outdoor seating. Food was generous and tasty. Pastry were unique and out of this world.

It took forever to get my cappuchino, I had to go back to the counter several times, was told it was coming, when it it finally came my friend had finished with her coffee and breakfast. The coffee was good, then they brought me another cappuchino 3 times thinking I was still waiting for it, we told the waiter I had already gotten my coffee, then another waiter came to ask us if we wanted to eat, we had just finished. We liked the ambience, the outdoor sitting but they really need to get their act together when it comes to service

I absolutely loved the breakfast burrito. Here the plating the pastries the service. It's nice and tight and cozy so you might need to wait for a table but it's worth it.

Food was good, coffee (latte) was good except they only serve it in paper cups. We asked to be served in ceramic cups but were told their policy doesn't allow them to do that but they'll do it just once. And then we were reminded of that again after we paid, and again when the cups arrived to the table. Not sure why this policy but if you're going to dictate how I drink my latte, I'm going to another establishment that respects and appreciates my business.

This is genuinely one of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve ever been to, and I just adore the communal dining space.
They’re most known for their brunchy items, but we were here to try their more traditional dishes.
The sauce in the garlic shrimp pasta was to die for, we had to use the cheese toast to mop it up. And the vongole pasta with clams was just perfection, it was SO fresh and delicious.
And don’t even get me started on the pizza! I think there was a hint of honey in it? that made it so addicting.
And where else can you get a blueberry matcha latte or orange creamsicle matcha with dinner?
This spot is such a vibe and the food does not miss.
Thanks for reading! ^-^

Bluberry Social is the perfect spot for a tasty brunch with a hip and busy atmosphere. I was looking for something delicious and this place delivers! It was quite busy and a loud environment filled with chatter, but there is outdoor seating available. I opted to sit at the bar since I was by myself. All the employees were helpful and very warm.
I ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito and the Oat Latte. The oat latte was not too strong and slightly sweet. It was not the most flavorful coffee I’ve had, but I still enjoyed it. The Big Breakfast Burrito was amazing. It was crisp and brimming with rich, breakfasty goodness. The zesty side salad, crunchy tater tots, and avocado on the side was perfect. The salsa was tasty but not spicy at all, which I didn’t mind because I was given some ketchup and spicy sauce bottles on the side.
If you’re looking for a cool new place to grab breakfast, brunch, or lunch, Bluberry Social is a great choice.

Bluberry Social in Irvine is an exceptional destination that successfully blends a chic, inviting atmosphere with truly excellent, elevated brunch cuisine. The restaurant provides a perfect escape—cozy, modern, and filled with natural light—making it ideal for a leisurely meal.
The star of their menu is undeniably the Big Breakfast Burrito, a dish widely celebrated for its harmonious blend of savory house chorizo, perfectly crisped potatoes, and creamy scrambled eggs, all complemented beautifully by a fresh side of mashed avocado and salsa. For those seeking lighter fare, the Sunrise Avocado Toast delivers, offering a fresh, vibrant crunch on a hearty slice of country loaf, elevated by a sous vide egg and a touch of balsamic glaze.
With outstanding specialty coffee and matcha to boot, Bluberry Social delivers a consistently high-quality dining experience, easily earning its reputation as a top brunch spot in Irvine.

We checked out Bluberry Social during their first week open and I was super excited because their socials looked clean and consistent. The place is beautiful inside. The plaster work, the vibe, the decor, everything is super unique and honestly one of the cooler brunch aesthetics I have seen. I ordered the Blueberry Lemon Ricotta Pancake because it is literally their name so of course I had to try it, plus Jill’s Combo with a Belgian Waffle and a Strawberry Matcha Latte. The pancake was thin, airy, good ricotta flavor, and the Triple Berry Compote was great, a little tart so maple syrup helped but overall really solid. Jill’s Combo actually ended up being even better. Eggs were perfectly cooked, the croutons were crispy with herbs, and the sausage was insane. No clue what sausage they use but it was seriously so good. Even the arugula salad slapped with this tangy sweet vinaigrette thing going on. People at our table had the Big Breakfast Burrito which was really good, the Sunrise Avocado Toast which was huge and super flavorful, and the SoCal Loco Moco which honestly surprised all of us. The only things that did not hit were the Fried Chicken and Waffles which looked amazing but the chicken had no flavor, and the Hawaiian Ahi Poke Salad where the tuna was great but everything else missed completely. Now the drinks were honestly the stars. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was unreal, smooth, not bitter, perfect sweetness with real strawberry chunks. My wife and I are matcha people and this one shocked us. The Blue Honey Latte with whole milk was also amazing with that blueberry cold foam. Food came out extremely fast too like three to five minutes which was wild. Overall I would definitely go back but expect a wait because this place is going to get busy fast.

⭐️ 1-Star Review
I’m extremely disappointed — and honestly upset — that I paid $17 for French Toast and didn’t even get what I ordered. Our first visit to Blueberry Social a few weeks ago was so wonderful that my husband and I came back last Saturday (Dec 6th) looking for a comforting breakfast. Sadly, this visit was nothing like the first one.
My husband stood in line forever to order while I looked for a table. When I asked a waiter to clean the only available one, he said he would — but never returned. I had to flag down a second waiter who eventually came over to clean it.
But the real issue was the French Toast.
We ordered plain French Toast — simple, just powdered sugar and maple syrup. Instead, they brought what I’m assuming is their specialty version: covered with fruit, topped with a white watery sauce, and when I lifted the top slice, there was some kind of chocolate filling inside. That is absolutely not what we ordered.
I told the waiter, and he said he could replace it and it would take 5 minutes. It took longer, and when the replacement finally arrived, the person bringing it over looked annoyed. And honestly? The second plate wasn’t much better. I could only eat around the edges because the middle was gooey and undercooked — not soft, but raw-ish, like the egg mixture never cooked through. There was barely any powdered sugar either. It tasted nothing like proper French Toast.
All of this… for $17?
At that point, you should have apologized and offered some sort of discount or gesture — even though I wouldn’t have taken it. I didn’t come for a refund; I came hoping for a nice, relaxing, enjoyable breakfast, not a mistake on top of another mistake.
Even the cappuccino had a sour taste. The only thing that tasted good that morning was my husband’s hash browns.
Between the long wait, the unclean table, the unfriendly service, and being served the wrong dish first and undercooked food second, this visit felt like a complete waste of money. Nothing about this matched the wonderful experience we had the first time.
This is based solely on my personal experience, but that Saturday it went from a 5-star place to a 1-star one. Something was definitely off — whether it was the person taking orders, the cook, or both.
