My favorite place to get boba for the last 10 years. They have the best handmade dumplings and bao in Irvine. I love supporting this small business and the couple who run it are so sweet. You have to try it!

Good selection of taiwanese snacks and food.I generally like their products, but I recently bought a jar of Taiwanese fried prune which clearly has menthol added as an ingredient, but omitted in listed ingredients. Who know what else has been omitted.

Every time we're in Irvine we have to stop here for the Boba. It's almost a family tradition now! Kids love the Boba ... The store has not changed in years, the prices are pretty good too!
We actually stopped into Champion Food Co out of curiosity because it looked like nice Taiwanese market. We ended up getting a bag of pork leek dumplings and a few tea eggs to snack on. You can tell that the dumplings are handmade. The quality appears to be very good and this might end being our go to dumpling spot. The eggs were yummy. The man and woman working were very friendly. I think we’ll have to come back and try more.

Nice little convience store in this shopping center. It seems to be family owned and operated. The little couple working are just adorable. We also eat at the Japanese restaurant next door, get Vietnamese coffee at 7 Leaves, and went out in a limb and tried KFC since they have opened up here. There is also a bakery available with some delicuous treats. Parking is tight so be careful when driving thru the lot. There are lots of people walking around.
