I've been picking up orders for DoorDash and Uber Eats for a while now, and every time I go to a restaurant, they treat me like a thief. They insist on seeing me take the order, as if I personally stole from them the day before. It's honestly disappointing to be treated this way over a $5 sandwich, especially by kids half my age.
If there's ever a problem with an order, there are security cameras, verification processes, and plenty of records with the delivery company to resolve it. Instead of treating couriers with suspicion, they should review their delivery procedures and learn to be more respectful.
Another thing I've noticed is the excessive number of employees standing around doing nothing. Every shift is packed with workers, many of whom just wander near the restrooms, glued to their cell phones. The staff count should be adjusted based on actual customer traffic. It’s strange to see more employees than customers in a store!
The chicken in my biscuit was paper thin and small. This patty had the same amount of chicken as one chicken nugget. Went back in for a refund bc I was so shook. Blonde female employee kept saying things like “this isn’t a bad mess up” as if I’m complaining about nothing.

I placed my order at Chick-fil-A at home via the mobile app. When I arrived, I waited at the table for 20 minutes. When I went up to remind them about my order, the person in the photo started treating me in a disrespectful way. Yes, I understand that I’m not a native English speaker, but I’m an ordinary customer just like anyone else, and I have the right to ask about the status of my order.
He was rude to me, saying that I’m not special and that I have to wait because they have many orders. I was fine with waiting, but my order was supposed to be first in the queue. I simply wanted to remind them and check if my order was still being processed, as I had placed it a long time ago and just came to pick it up. My child and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes.
To make things worse, I asked him to wipe the table, and he did it in a way that made me feel like I was forcing him to work.
This experience completely ruined my Saturday. I don’t understand how someone so rude, impolite, and intolerant is still working in customer service. This was my last time eating at this Chick-fil-A in Woodbury Township.

This location was so kind and attentive. My co worker & I came in with 8 clients from a special needs day program & were treated with such patience. The manager was ringing in a lot of our orders with a smile! I thanked her for her kindness with tears on my eyes & she said “ you know what your nuggets are on the house today!” I expressed my gratitude for the amazing customer service .. when she brought my nuggets to the table she asked for a headcount of our group which was 10.. soon after she walked over with a tray full of cookies for everyone! I cannot express the joy it brought our group., They wondered why they were given a free cookie & my response was because they like you guys.. such a great experience! We will definitely return soon.. Thankyou to the manager ( I wish I caught her name) ?

Staff was friendly. Food was good - it’s a chain - so that’s to be expected.
A little bummed that one of our fry containers was full of pretty much just the small bits/ends (if you’re a Chick fil A connoisseur, you know what I’m talking about. Haha)
Everything else was the expected Chick fil A quality.
