The CW cookie was amazing. I loved that it was warm and ooey gooey with large chocolate chips melting out of it. Even when I ate part of it later on in the day it was super and soft and decadent.

Honestly really good cookie and super amazing workers! We went in right before closing for a quick sweet treat and weren’t disappointed! They luckily still had plenty of cookies left and were so kind to us even though we interrupted them cleaning. We ordered after they helped us decide on a flavor, and the best part, they gave us an extra cookie in the box! I know it was probably because we were going to be their last customers of the night, but it was a sweet surprise. Made my day and will definitely be returning with friends!

My family all loved our cookies. They were a reasonable price for what you get. I highly recommend the “Choconut” and the “Better than Sex” cookie. Which was my only concern. I tried to be discreet ordering it and said BTS cookie in front of my kids. The cashier couldn’t understand what I said, so I had to say out loud, “Better than Sex” cookie, which made it awkward. Please change it to something that anyone can say in front of their children and adults know what they mean. Also, what do you do when kids order that cookie? Isn’t that awkward for your staff? If you changed it to BTS, kids will just think that you mean the Boy Band, and everyone gets delicious cookies.

I had a very disappointing experience with their SW cookie, which is essentially a chocolate chip cookie with large semi-sweet chocolate chunk topped with sea salt. There was probably no more than 4 chocolate chip mostly concentrated in the middle and no chocolate to be found anywhere in the rest of the cookie. On top of that disappointment, the whole cookie was under cooked. I ended up throwing a good portion of the cookie away. For over $5 a cookie, I expect much more consistent quality. Will not be returning.

The cookies are definitely pretty delectable-- the inside is satisfyingly gooey to me which gives the cookie a great toothsome quality but I can definitely see how some people would feel that they under-cooked. I was eager to try the original chocolate chip cookie that the store's name alludes to but there weren't any ready at the time when I was there, which is slightly disappointing but more confusing than anything, since you would think they would prepare more of their 'flagship' product. But that's not really affecting my review score, just something I thought I would mention. Really the main reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because I purchased 2 cookies which came to almost $13. Maybe I am just too much of a peon, but that cost, unlike the cookies, is very hard to swallow. It is significantly more than even other premium cookie options like crumbl.

Great service! Tasty cookies! I just bought four boxes for gifts. I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I went in, some people like to sit behind their computer and tear down others. I love gooey cookies. There’s nothing worse than biting into a dry hard cookie..you can get that at the grocery store.

I agree with another reviewer that the cookie was under baked. Also I distrust and eatery that doesn't list their ingredients online and the wonderful salesperson had no idea. I'm disappointed that I spent $5.25 on a cookie and used up my dessert for the day on this cookie. It oozed with some kind of fat or oil, was so under baked in the middle I couldn't eat it and the salt overpowered the cookie taste.
