I usually use the app for order pickup and rarely have problems. Tonight I put an order in for 7:40 pickup…it’s almost 8:10 and they haven’t even started the order. I’m really disappointed.They always seem to mess up our order. They didn’t include my son’s milk and orange with his kids meal. My tacos were missing the salsa I had chosen.

Excellent food. People claim Chipotle has high prices, but if you watch what you order (chicken or veggie, no guac) it is reasonable. I spent $13 for lunch at McDonald's last week and would have vastly preferred Chipotle.Parking: Normally plenty of parking, but can get busy at lunch time.

Ordered 3 chicken bowlsWe ordered through the app, and they were only half full. Additionally, one of the bowls havd a bone in them. Could have killed my child!!! Could also use some better customer service. Was handed a plate sideways and half of it filled on the floor!!! Will not be returning.

I ordered a bowl. I told the assistant can I get all white rice, and she when in the back and the manager told her use your hand and she used her hand to put the Rice in the my bowl.She did not use a spoon to put the rice on the bowl. The manager hangs out in the back doing nothing. Inside the restaurant is very dirty. The chipotle company is need to look to the store and Manager.

Summary: Management needs further training I came here for a school fundraiser and was very surprise by how the supervisor treated the situation to the point that instead of helping the situation they made it worse. While waiting in line, a mom came back in asking to talk to supervisor because she had notice that her receipt didn't have fundraiser tag on it. For anyone who never gone to these fundraiser event, the school doesn't get the promised amount unless that word is on the receipt. The mom is hard of hearing so that she tends to speak louder (she needed a someone to do sign language for serious business items). What was the surprising thing was that the supervisor response was that there was nothing to be done about it. She then went onto to say that she will attach the fundraiser tag on the the next few customers right in front of those customers. Awkward! I don't know about you but unless I was asked if it was okay I don't want anyone to attach anything to my receipt without asking me first. Later on, I went to check my own receipt and guess what? It also lacked the tag fundraiser on it. No I don't think it was an intentional mistake of increasing the business profit, instead it seems the same cashier for whatever reason forgot to add the tag. This is what management is suppose to check and correct. To ensure that staff has adequate training to do things correctly especially for fundraiser otherwise from the outside view this would appear like a scam. If you are considering doing a fundraiser here I would suggest asking everyone save their receipts and check the amount of money given by Chipotle. For Chipotle, please check your event camera for 10/12/22 Wednesday approximately around 5:30pm. You have the cameras so use it. As for the fundraiser amount, you can easily compare the usual profit for typical Wednesday night and compare it for the fundraiser event. You can also check the video to see how much more parents with kids showed up from 4pm - 8pm 10/12/22 and compare that to how many had tag fundraiser on it. I did tried your contact on your website but that was a fail. After chatting with the bot, both Chipotle corporate representative Lester and Louis failed to carry the chat instead bounce me back to chat bot instead of dealing with the issue. Last to top it off they ran out of sour cream? If management knows you will be having a fundraiser, you would think that maybe you should check your supplies for that night? The quality is still good and the general staff was friendly and competent. It just I have never seen something small get so out of hand so quickly in no small part due to management. Leaving on a good note the Guajillo Steak is something to try in a burrito with no rice. So there is that.

Do t expect to get any loyalty points from this location. Their scanner has been dow for 2 months. Also not the cleanest location. Does not look like ownership cares about customer experience.

So I've been having issues with this certain chipotle. I've ordered online, driven to pick it up, get home, only to see that they switched up the order - my burrito would have the other toppings and vice versa even though it's been double checked. Ever since then, I've been coming in to order in person to make sure the correct toppings are being added. This time, once I got home, I noticed a dead spider in my food (if you can zoom in dead center). Now, all of us who got chipotle for lunch do not want to eat it because we all had similar toppings. Did it come from the sour cream? Guacamole? rice? The level of care at this chipotle has been quite disappointing. I'd drive to a different one nearby if I were you. Not worth the hassle. And then when you call the restaurant to complain, they give you a hotline. When you reach the hotline, they say they'll reach out to you via email. The hotline is 18338600467, all you need is your order number. Save yourself the time and go to a different one.

8/28/22 11:30am Chipotle at North Park - very bad service. Person preparing the food is totally not in the mood serving customers. Trays are so messy and wet. He’s very slow given there’s no line.

portion size was smaller than other locations and service was terrible. The worker left twice while making my order, and the second time he didn't even come back. plus walkway outside the bathroom was literally flooded. we also ordered an extra side of corn and half of it was water and there was barely any corn. we also did not receive extra corn or cheese like we had asked. i'd drive to a farther location next time though this one is way closer because the service sucked.

I would not go there again. After seeing how they made my Tacos I lost my apatite. Everything was just dumped into my plate and most of it was dripping from the side. The person preparing my tacos put back the fallen lettuce, tomato back into the plate and sour cream was dripping all over. They really need to be trained before they serve food.

I'm reading all the same reviews/problems that I've had. Order in advance. Much advanced 30 min or so. App says it's ready. When you get into the store. The line is short and the orders are backed up. The guy stands at the register and is not helpful at all. Doesn't confirm your order or an approximate time even though it's late. You just pray it's there and it will come out. I could have cancelled my order and went in line to get my food quicker. I haven't had this problem with other locations. Oh and when I arrived home, they didn't give us the chips we ordered. This hasn't been the first time.

Usually come here whenever I'm very hungry so I always get extra stuff in my bowl but the moment I opened the lid this time there was only half of what I ordered which was ridiculous. If this is what I get for $9 and is supposed to fill up the bowl after ordering extra amounts then I would never come to this location again.

i set an app order for 1pm pick up.. and arrive right at 1pm.. nothing.. watch as 4 ladies talk and grab their lunches and have another guy have his app order lost.. did not get food until after 1:15.. please don't promise a time unless you can hold it.

This store gives substantially smaller portion than other Chipotle joints. We driver further to another join for this reason. They are trained to CONSISTENTLY give less portion to kids and customers.
