I ordered for pick up but seriously there's less than 10pcs of chicken, black beans I can barely see and just full of rice. They even forgot my lettuce. I dont know how far this will go but one day I'll have to satisfy with a couple pieces of chicken and pay 15 bucks for it soon

normally they let the excess moisture drain from the serving spoon before putting it on the burrito. I got home to a soaking wet inedible burrito. I don't know why I keep coming back here.

Worst chipotle location by far. For a standard burrito, the rice and meat portions are super tiny and they try to fill rest of the burritos with tons of salsa and anything that’s not meat or rice. Burrito looks like a square and soggy from tons of salsa and tiny portions of meat and rice. Management needs to be overhauled as I expressed concern and was told off.

The worst chipotle ever. The tables and chairs are all messy and dirty. The male server who was taking my order was very rude, he didn’t want to listen to what I was going to say. It was nasty where they keep their food. I asked for more lettuce, as this lady gave me so little,and this lady was literally “throwing” the lettuce on my plate. It was all over my plate and my tray. Cashier even said sorry. The worst chipotle ever.

I've been going to this Chipotle for quite a while now, unfortunately portion sizes have been getting smaller and smaller. I usually order double chicken, my latest order was half the size of what I would get a year ago. Not worth the money anymore

I wish there is a Zero Star I have gave this location so many chances but it keeps on getting worse and worse I am not sure where the manager is I used to be a part of Chipotle team let me tell u something your location is an embarrassment to chipotle, from under trained employees to food quality worst chipotle by far the manger needs to wake up actually quit ……enough is enough what a shame…

From 5 Stars to a Crunchy Horror Show What Happened!
It started innocently enough with rice. Yes, rice. But not just any rice. This rice had clearly lived a long, hardened life. The employee valiantly scraped and scraped, trying to serve it up like it hadn't been left to petrify. Crunchy? Hard? You bet. I begged for mercy (and white rice), which was thankfully fine.
But then came the guacamole. I get it! Sometimes the top gets a little brown. No big deal. But this? This was entirely brown from top to bottom, side to side, not a single hint of green. And they didn’t even hesitate. They plopped that sad excuse for guac right onto my burrito bowl, as if it hadn’t just escaped a compost bin. It hit the bowl so dramatically, even I was stunned.
When I politely asked for a redo, the employee had the audacity to ask, “Why?” WHY?! My dude, I’m doing you a favor! That guac shouldn’t see the light of day, let alone a customer’s meal.
Five stars.from me years ago. Now? A sad shadow of its former self. I love Chipotle, but this location? I’m moving on to the other spots in Irvine.
Sort it out, please. My burrito bowl deserves better.

Super busy all the time. Staff is attentive and helpful but some customers are so picky and can’t just relax. Food is consistent and tasty. Just be aware that you will need time to get what you want as it’s busy!

Portion sizes are way too small. They go out of their way to drop food from the scoop before they put it in the bowl. Just go to CAVA next door.
